So looking forward to

Home

They say home is where heart is. To me it’s where life is and that’s here. Never been much at home in a small village and two weeks was enough to remind me why. The heat too and the neighboring  forest fires were too much for me. Perhaps I’m slowly becoming a Finn.  I already miss the sardines, the great food and alcohol,  the painfully cheap supermarket prices and the late dinners with really worm people but it’s in Helsinki that I am at home.

“Portugueseness”  is better enjoyed once in a while.
